VivahaBharath is strictly a matrimonial introduction platform intended for individuals (and their families) seeking a matrimonial alliance. It is not a dating, casual-relationship or social-networking service. By registering, you confirm your bona fide intention to enter into a matrimonial alliance and that you are of legal marriageable age in India (21 years for men, 18 years for women).

You agree to provide true and accurate information; to upload only your own photographs; not to impersonate any person (IT Act §66C/66D); not to post content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, invasive of privacy, or unlawful (IT Act §66E/67/67A and the IT Rules, 2021); not to share or solicit financial details; and not to use the platform for commercial solicitation. Name, gender, date of birth and birth details are locked after profile creation and may be corrected only once through our verified correction process.

The blue tick indicates our team reviewed a government ID and verified email and phone via OTP. Verification does not guarantee any person's character or claims — families must independently verify all details before proceeding. We may suspend or remove profiles and content that violate these terms or applicable law, and we act on lawful takedown requests within the timelines prescribed under the IT Rules, 2021.

⚠ Never share bank account numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs, card details or send money to anyone you meet on this platform, however convincing their story. Report suspicious profiles immediately using the "Report profile" option or via our Grievance Officer. Dowry is a punishable offence — VivahaBharath prohibits any dowry-related demand or offer.

Premium plans and their prices are displayed on the Pricing page before purchase, inclusive of GST. Fees are for access to premium features for the stated duration. Plans do not auto-renew. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy; refund requests are handled through the Grievance Officer within the published timelines.

VivahaBharath is an intermediary under §2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and provides an introduction service only; we are not a party to any alliance. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Salem, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction. Grievances: see the Grievance Redressal page.
